I have no idea why everyone thinks Greer will just up and retire. He's only 31. Dude had a bad injury, but it's not an uncommon one. Players heal from this and come back strong, so there's nothing to suggest he won't.

It seems the be the narrative. I thought he would need to restructure in the coming year and with the injury it seems more likely. Hope rehab goes well and he still has wheels for us next year.

I agree, but he is going to have to prove pretty early to the Saints that he can be nearly as close to the player he was, or else he is gone...
