re: Cursive- a lost form?

Same here. My penmanship has been bipolar as long as I can remember. My grade school journals would rotate from script to print page by page. Now it's a warped script/cursive crossbreed that's barely legible. My mom has the most beautiful script handwriting though, always been jelly of that.
