Yep. You got a clogged line where your dishwasher drains. It's all connected to the kitchen sink so be brave and start taking stuff apart and exploring. Just remember how it was all put together and maybe take a picture for reference when you put it back together. Don't be afraid to do this. Be afraid of what a plumber will charge you. This is not a hard job to troubleshoot. Good luck and don't be scared. Your wife will respect you even more and might give you some for your efforts. Do that plumbing and then do her plumbing!
