I don't think they let you PC a card having it less than a year anyways. They will return the annual fee if you downgrade at month 13 though.

That's correct but it's because of Dodd Frank. They cannot legally change any of the terms and conditions during the first year of the account, even at the request of the card holder.
Has anyone received their CSR card in the mail yet? They told me it would take 2 weeks
anything I need to do to activate the priority pass or visa infinite?
