The best options I can think of is securing a Chase Business card for 50k points which isn't that hard if you have a relationship with them. You have enough Chase points for just about any where in economy.

For "awesome" without fragmenting your points too much, you could pick up a Hyatt card which gets you two free nights at any of their hotels in the world, regardless of price. People use this at their Paris or Maldives properties which are $800 a night but you could find somewhere else similar to use that benefit.

As I mentioned a few posts earlier that American airlines card is available but not sure you need it.

Eta: you could try to get the united 50k offer as well, since you would probably transfer your UR to them anyways. Almost forgot! I got targeted for it but you can get the 50k offer at a Chase Bank Branch reportedly
