The really messed up thing about all of these stories is not that so many cops are shooting private citizens' dogs, but that they seem emboldened to do it still despite all of the negative publicity. There appears to be no concern for public opinion.
Is anyone aware of any police agencies who have acknowledged all of these incidents by revising their response to animals?
