"Hillary's scandal" exists only in the mouths of Republicans... not even in their brains because they know it's nothing but a political smear.
In order to subscribe to it you have to ignore descriptions by official non-partisan investigation regarding her involvement like "exceptional", "appropriate", "timely", etc., etc.
