I would imagine his credibility would be rock solid. I have to believe recruits would know he can get them into the NFL.
As far as experience, in addition to 16 years of identifying fronts and making line calls at an All Pro level, he had a Bill Walsh Minority Internship in the NFL, worked with Vanderbilt and the Buffalo Bills. He also was a consultant with LSU.
