In a couple years he can walk into Living Rooms with an NFL Hall of Fame Ring on. The little bastard two states east can't match this with all the money in the world.
As far as experience, in addition to 16 years of identifying fronts and making line calls at an All Pro level, he had a Bill Walsh Minority Internship in the NFL, worked with Vanderbilt and the Buffalo Bills. He also was a consultant with LSU.

He's an enthusiastic guy, hard not to like him.
