First off, you need to get back to me if and when that actually ever happens.
But if it's something that affects the whole Baton Rouge metro area? Yeah, they should have a say in the matter. They certainly SHOULDN'T be turned away at the polls if it affects them.
Fact is, you know as well as I do that vote was gerrymandered to rig it to pass. Had the unincorporated areas been allowed to vote on it, there's no way it passes.
