Ok, I didn't live here when that went down and didn't get the specifics on how it did. I thought that was a City of BR property tax for those in the City of BR, and that pretty much all of the routes were there, with a few actually spilling out into St George. Is it a EBR Parish tax? And did only City of BR residents get to vote on it?

Not sure. It's subject to homestead exemption....it's not a muni tax. It may not be a parish tax but the tax district boundaries are not completely following Baton Rouge city limits. I think it includes Baker as well.

This is about schools....not CATS- although public transit is a valid concern for the entire parish
