That's the deal, I don't want to have to physically work hard to make a living. It's cold out there and I'd much rather sit in my office and decide what those guys do instead of doing it.
A few of them make more than me some weeks when I have them working 6 12s but I'm fine with that.

Be careful what you wish for. I use to be one of the guys out in the field and now other than the occasional visit to a customer's jobsite, I sit at a desk. It does have it's advantages (like the last few days for example) but it also sucks to be stuck in a office the majority of the time.
And for the record, I never went to college. I'm proof that it is (or at least it was when I took this position years ago) possible to not go to college and still get a high paying desk job.
