Of course Tuba, of course your right. Behind every statistic dealing with crime, welfare,retirement, job numbers etc. etc in this country there's obviously some old angry racist white person to blame. That's pretty much the only option anymore for any non-perfectly "balanced" ratio in this country unless of course the minority is in the positive side of the stat and then it's celebrated as a great thing with no need to "adjust" the numbers whatsoever.

Quite the opposite in fact. I was just helping you with your statement:

You said a "a host of social and environmental factors". I was just making sure to point out for your readers that one of those social factors is not and will never be racism. Especially when the resulting disparity lies on racial lines - that pretty much means you can exclude racism as a factor.
Am I wrong?
