I agree with you, I never got on the bean hate wagon. You don't think so e caveman out walking around in nature would eat a damn bean growing on a bush.

I don't eat much dairy, but I also don't think some dairy is going to be the death of you like Paleo freaks think it will

I look at it like if it's natural and unprocessed then it's ok for me to eat.
