anybody know exactly how many games hill played in at LSU. he missed 2 games this year and didn't start playing until mid-year last year. probably around 18 games. no wear and tear on him.

with his background no team will take him before 3rd round. stay a year for off field success and he is a late first rounder next year.

Heard that Collins was basically told that the NFL scouts want to see him play more LT before spending $$$ on him. He struggled somewhat this year but I think he can improve.

He could be a 1st round pick next year and graduate.

'wear and tear' is such a relative term - it differs for each player. It's just like miles on a car; some are built to last longer.

The issue with RB in the NFL, is that they are easy to replace. You see bottom tier RB's getting replaced because it is the easiest transition from HS to college, and college to pro's. I know some will argue that you have to know how to block, but that hold true with all positions. Running the ball is running the ball.

A top tier RB in the NFL will demand some of the highest contracts, outside of QB obviously. I can see how a guy like Hill looks at himself as one of those guys at this point, because he has absolutely torn up the SEC in 2 years, and is still relatively unknown.
