Won't flip completely but Texas is a bigger draw to kids in Texas than TAM and if Strong puts the right staff together it will at the least even things out especially on defense which happens to be where TAM needs help the most. The SEC card only goes so far especially if you are just a member and not winning in bigger way.
I think Strong was the worst hire, realistic hire not the fantasy land they hsd people believing, from TAMs perspective. Takes the black coach angle away. Dont care what TAM people say, that angle is used in a big way

I'd say 70-80% of A&M's commits have said playing in the SEC is a BIG influence. Have to keep winning though.. That you're correct about.
I don't believe for one second that the black angle has been played..doesn't need to be.
