He still needs some work, but he's not bad.

They shouldn't have lost to Minnesota, and it looked like he and/or Foles wasn't sure how to close it out in Dallas until Kyle Orton bailed them out.

They went from terrible to good to very good to almost missing the playoffs to one and done.

Next year will be interesting. Dallas will always be a contender, and you just have no idea if Washington or New York will be any good. History indicates that at least one of those two will rebound.

i think NY will get back before Washington. Eli, I think, can bounce back (he was awful this season).

Who doesn't? He's coaching against the best and the NFL isn't college.

I'm curious about who they draft. He knows he needs to shore up the D but he is an offensive coach.
