She was hot, funny and she could cook = good wife
Inability to have babies is a Mom issue not a Wife issue.
Don't remember the move to Tulsa stuff, but it would have been outweighed by the thought of a possible threesome with Rachel.

I don't think Jeannie ever married Tony to be Jeannie Nelson?
Did you watch the show at all?
They got engaged (which killed the plot device that her existence had to be kept secret - changing it to the very Bewitched-like, keeping her magical nature a secret), then married, which killed the sexual tension and the show. It was never going to be the somewhat more subtle, comical look at post-war/Vietnam era suburban life (like Gomer Pyle, there was virtually no mention of Vietnam in IDOJ) that Bewitched was and losing all the energy required of keeping Jeannie secret while she pursued Tony was lost with the engagement and marriage.

Honestly, I used to think so. But really, she became a massive count after she got pregnant and had their baby.
"Oh honey, it's awesome you got offered that job 3 hours away. You should absolutely take it. Thank you for discussing it with me."
After he takes the job..
"You inconsiderate dick, why don't you spend more time at home, we just had a baby!!! blah blah blah"
June Cleaver gets my vote. Never disrespected her husband, was always in the kitchen and you know she was working Ward over in their bedroom on a nightly basis.
