just kidding...
I actually just watched some documentary on Palladium (I think) that was pretty good and entertaining... I just cant really get into them

Nah, I just think they're all on about equal footing even though one is punk, one is metal, one is rock and one is rock/metal. I wouldn't say any one of them is better than the others. It's like I'd rather rank my favorite albums from them or the whole grunge thing rather than rank the bands.
I honestly never listened to Pearl jam after 10 b/c vs got played so much I wanted to punch people in the throats when they started belting Daughter. I didn't even think about them and almost despised them until I heard bits of their avocado album.
I still like listening to early Soundgarden and always liked Alice in Chains. But I was listening to them before the explosion of Nevermind which I never cared for. I'd just prefer In Utero.
