P90X2 once

What did you think? Most people I talk to hated it.

I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. P90X was all about getting stronger and leaner, but P90X2 was more about combining that with balance. Also, you needed a ton of stuff. Balance balls, medicine balls, weights, etc.

I felt like P90X was about getting you in shape, but P90X2 was about getting you in condition to actually compete in a sport. F--- that.

Yeah, I really like it, to be honest. I can do yoga moves now that I never thought I could do.

My ONLY gripe is that P90X2 is easy to cheat at. If you don't engage your core, then you're not getting the most out of the workout. Core engagement is huge in every workout, and it's easy to not do. And, when you're in the zone, it's hard to remember whether you engaged your core or not.

Like, in Phase 3, there is no Ab Ripper X2. The reason why is because you are engaging your core, so Ab Ripper X2 isn't necessary. So, I'm doubting whether I'm really getting the most out of it. I may start doing Ab Ripper X2 anyways after each workout, but does that mess up my muscle confusion?
