The idea that allowing coaches to challenge judgment calls would slow the game down is illogical. A coach gets two challenges. If you expand challengeable plays, he still gets two challenges.

Yea but you don't always use your challenges. This would result in more challenges as the "challengeable universe" is expanded. Again, I don't think it would be significant though.
