LINK
Referees cost the Packers another chance for a game-winning play.
Link helps explain why Flynn waited to snap the ball. Also explains why they were only able to run one play in the final 10 seconds. Does not explain how Flynn missed Jordy Nelson wide open in the end zone.

I am amazed at how McCarthy is able to keep his calm with officials. If anybody was ever going to lose it on officials, it could have been him with the Seattle Hail Mary fiasco, and now this. Coaching in the NFL has too much pressure involved to let incompetent officiating affect games, playoff spots, and playoff seedlings.

The game would have been tied. And there's no guarantee it would have been complete. And he missed a wide open Jordy Nelson on the first try.
They're still "win and in" for the postseason.
