We will be doing this also. The grandkids love it.
Also like to take regular canned biscuits , roll them out flat and tuck them into the cups of a muffin pan. Add a pinch of diced panchetta, a pinch of shredded parmesan and an egg yolk to each. Fold the dough over the tops and bake. Kind of like home-made kolaches.
