I know it's hard but do it yourself. It's your baby, but do it.
Trolling motor is cut an dry, the radio will take some time and situating.
Just do it.

Neither of those are very difficult projects, but someone will probably charge you +/-150 in labor. I would do the trolling motor myself, youtube probably has a how to somewhere. For the radio you are probably better off taking it to an audio shop. If you want to try and tackle it yourself, again check youtube. Take your time and think it through. I did a radio in my boat last year, hardest part it cutting on your baby to mount the speakers, but take your time and when you're finished, you will be happy you did it yourself. Like QuietTiger said, she is your baby.
OP is the boat already wired up for trolling motor? Are you just replacing and upgrading, or full install?
