Its obviously not the only way but it is a perfectly legitimate way in spite of the fact that it makes people like you butthurt

It's a slap in the face to minorities. If I were a minority coach or potential coaching candidate, I would be extremely offended.

Things like the Rooney rule are creating an issue out of thin air. The only color these owners and GM's care about is Green. None of the 32 owners with millions upon millions of dollars on the line is going to risk it over someone's skin color.

Fans, players, media, ______ saying otherwise are just ignorant and foolish.

Why does there have to be "balance" as it pertains to skin color? Why can't it just be the 32 best coaches (or at least best as perceived by ownership at the time of hire)?

It's bull shite rules like this that people claim are put in place to move forward in race relations, that actually make it worse.

The Rooney rule should be abolished. It's racist as hell and offensive to minorities.
