I'm not trying to start and argument but only give my opinion of the team which ultimately falls on the coach (which sucks bc i do like Monty, i think he's a great players coach and he has the respect of his players)..however,

We are very inconsistent on the offensive side of the ball…and I'm not talking about making/missing shots. Im talking about plays being run with flow, sharpness, etc…we come down and have a couple run offs (attempts to screen) and that's about it…then guys are just standing around until one of them jacks it up.

The screens that we try to set are terrible. We basically run right by the defender without freeing up our player whatsoever. By this time, its getting late in the shot clock and we chunk one or someone has to go one-on one. Tough to keep up when this is your offense.

It's also tough to run down and play solid D after having continuous bad trips on the offensive side of the ball. I know this sounds dumb, BUT its very frustrating to put together a few stops on D and then have them squandered on the offensive side.

When you watch other teams play (Spurs for example, since this is who we're striving to be like), their plays and offense, as a whole, is ran very smoothly. Everyone knows where to be, who to go screen (and set a good one), and when to shoot it bc…well…I'm open!

I'm just giving my opinion…not hating on Monty bc I do like him. But something's gotta change on O..it tough to watch. And there is a difference between watching a team run a good offense and not make shots compared to watching an offense that looks completely lost. You can even see it on the players faces after a while..frustrated.
