I regularly go in water 5-5.5ft deep and I can go places thet argo cant,such as thick or deep mud.
A couple of well placed boat bumpers and my sportsman floats.
That said,I would like to own one of the new hydrolic drive argos. piss on a bunch of chains,sprockets,bearings and gears on something that stays in mud and water

That might be a lot MORE FUN when it's hot outside and that's your goal but when it's freezing and you're going hunting, that's not fun anymore. Argos have their purposes. My friend has one because where we hunt, when the water rises the road washes out. Only way to get across is bring a pirogue on a 4 wheeler which would suck because the wash out is about 3/4 of a mile back or take the Argo.
