I would think the All Play format would be more accurate, but this format is still better than H2H

In my opinion, all-play gives too big of a reward for one big week and too big of a penalty for a really bad week.
I think the top half getting the win is best of both worlds. Takes away the match-up issues with h2h and eliminates the issue I mentioned above.
All play is my second favorite format I've played.
