Carolina D/ST or KC D/ST?

I keep going back and forth on who to start. Both have good matchups. Pantthers vs Jets and Chiefs vs Raiders. Any opinions?

I've got both as well. I'm going Panthers.

Both sound tasty. The Jets are a wreck though, and the Panthers will want to right the ship after last week.

KC has seven games of 17+ points....five of 21+
...only three games with less than 8 points...two bad games against Denver and San Diego, and a 5 point game against Cleveland.
Don't sleep on KC cause of a brief rough patch in the schedule, imo.
...Jets have a lot to play for...I think both teams will score well, but KC has definitely shown more of an ability to blow up/win matchups for you in fantasy.
Carolina only has one game over 20 points

I have KC and my opponent has Carolina...so that means Carolina.
But seriously, keep an eye on the Justin Houston situation. He may return this week and if he does, that would be a nice boost for KC. Obviously, I'm hoping he returns.
But on the other hand, when I'm split between two D/ST's, I usually go with the one playing at home (Carolina) if the other one (KC) is on the road.
Maybe I wasn't too much help for you here arguing against myself. Sorry.

KC. After last week I'm not benching them again :)

You'll get more hits if you include matchups.
