There is no exotics stamps or extra license you need to buy if you are going to buy the out of state non resident hunting license. Just be ready to pay the 315.00 for it.

This is the one time I would recommend that you not hunt with a bow, I haven't ventured to Laredo in ten years but if I were to go back now I would be holstering an AR with a few hand grenades, your going into the heart of cartel country.

TexasTiger, are you sure about that? I called the wildlife and fisheries today and they told me I needed both. The 5 day non resident special hunt is only 48.00, but yeah I almost had a heart attack when I saw the 315.00 price tag for the non resident big game. You would think Texas would have a 3 or 5 day non resident. I will gladly pay it though because it sounds like this will be a fun trip.
