I get a chance to hunt a private ranch in Laredo, TX this year. Anybody ever hunted around Laredo? They told me to get the extra license that includes "exotics." What type of exotics are in Texas? Big deer here? TIA

Exotics are released. Could be anything from antelope to fallow deer

There is no exotics stamps or extra license you need to buy if you are going to buy the out of state non resident hunting license. Just be ready to pay the 315.00 for it.

There are all types of exotics in that area. Axis / sheep / rams / black buck maybe even nilgai

If there are exotics on the place in Laredo, it's gonna be high fenced. And yes, there are big deer down there.
