so..how do you tell if LSU "shows up" or not? If they win they showed up if they don't then they didn't show up - circular argument / self fulfilling prophesy.

If LSU "shows up" Iowa will get blown out by at least 21 points. If LSU plays down to Iowa like we have been known to do, it will be a close game.

Really?

We completely owned the Heisman trophy winner 2 games ago and then gave up a lot to a pretty lousy Arkansas team. Clearly there was a difference in the way the team played in those 2 games. We won both of them, but a different LSU showed up against A&M than the LSU that showed up against Arkansas.

LSU can show up and still lose the game.

Nice try though.
