Question.....why do people just assume DW Will commit to us. Not to be negative but if. I were him and got slow played by thhe staff, i would feel some type of way. Like the staff didnt want DW based on his field production but based on number of spots in the class. Spot frees up=staff full court press. Thats bullshite ..

Why would he decommit from ASU then?

Things just happen sometimes. We wanted him as an athlete and him basically audition for his role, he didn't want that (Or so I understand). And coming into the season we legit thought we were gonna have several guys back...now we don't and we needed another RB. We offered him before the Boo stuff, so DW and Boo don't seem to have much to do with each other, imo.
Also, at the end of the day, recruiting is like the NFL...it's a business. Coaches gotta do whats best for them and their university, likewise for the player. The coaches are constantly evaluating and moving prospects up and down the board. The coaches could have told him to have a good senior season and he'll have an offer...not a slow play as much as a "prove it" type of thing. LSU is a few miles away, chance to play with all the other Nola guys, and play in the SEC. At the end of the day, no matter how bitter you get at times, cooler heads prevail most the time.
