and my first game purchase was Skyrim. What can I expect?

I've been big into the FF games, Champions of Norath, and Baldur's Gate for years.

Some will say Skyrim is overrated. I think it's awesome. It's not like Final Fantasy at all. At least, not the last FF I played.

Huge open world and you can just go and do anything you want. Literally. Anything. You can sneak around and pickpocket, make weapons and armor, learn how to make different potions and enchant weapons, you can walk in someone's house and steal the dinner off their table if you want. You'll get a bounty on your head and attacked, but you can do it. There's just so much to do you will get lost for days

Don't play skyrim yet. Get oblivion and milk every last second of it! Once you play skyrim you can't do oblivion graphics. However it's still an incredible game. If you play oblivion and then skyrim, consider the next 4 months of your life gone

State of Decay. Download it from the XB Arcade store.

Probably my favorite game ever, honestly. They just added an update too, but I'm too busy with my ONE to go back to it.
