When/if Jamal Adams comes to play here, will you think he'll be effing over Texas, or A&M? No, you'll be happy we got a recruit. Same goes for all of the Texas boys we take EVERY SIGLE FREAKING YEAR. Yes, Texas is different story because it has multiple big programs and a heck of a lot more kids, but it's still the same idea. There a reasons those kids come to LSU and there are reasons that kids, yes even kids from Louisiana every now and the, go to Bama. In every situation are they good reasons? No, but I'm willing to bet most of the time it's for good reasons (pay for play is a thing everywhere, not just when things look suspicious). Am I sad to see Hootie go? Of course, it breaks my heart when people born and raised here don't bleed purple and gold, but this is more than about just being your home state hero. Granted that should be a factor but it's not the only one. So I say "Roll Hootie Roll" whenever he isn't playing us, and when he does, lets show him we're still alright without him. Geaux Tigers. Same for CRob. We didn't even offer Simms a scholarship, I don't believe, but either way, it doesn't matter.
