he reminds me of a more polished matt flynn with a better arm.
Reminds me of a young Drew Brees...
Great athleticism, but a little short
Plenty of spit on the medium routes, but weak on the deep throws
Studies his butt off to get better
Quick release
Moves beautifully in the pocket even under pressure
But most of all he shares this trait with Brees - when on the field he appears to be a wolf among sheep!
Hopefully he'll develop Brees' ability to look off the defense.

6'2 is not a little short by any means. Its not 6'4, but its not a little short.

Though we've only really seen one drive, this comparison seems pretty apt to me. People forget that before Brees became a perennial All-Pro and world destroyer, he was an undersized but athletic quarterback who had what it took (obviously) but would have confidence lapses and make goofy decisions. In that regard, he's ahead of Brees at this point in their career.
It might be worth mentioning that the throw he made to Gordon was very similar to the pass Brees threw that was intercepted by Ahmad Brooks in the 49ers game a few weeks ago. The fact that he's this far along having just turned 19 a month ago convinces me that his ceiling is pretty much limitless.
