I'd recommend one of those anyway, if it's cold. Rolling over and touching that cold nylon sucks. I have something like this that I put in my bags in cooler weather.

Sleeping bag liners will get an extra 10 degrees of warmth out of a sleeping bag. Highly recommend one.
