40% is awfully high given the amount of dominoes that need to fall before it can even happen. We are talking about several game results that have to come down the right way. There is no way, just to get to that point, that I would put a 40% likelihood of all of those things happening. That is just the prerequisite to the selection show down which the conference will inevitably be thrusting its nasty hands in. That's just me though.
