Wilson at home

Both QB's are coming off Bye weeks.
It's a monday night game, they'll be playing at home and percy harvin will be back for that game. Wilson has been steadily putting up 200-220 yard per game and has at least 2 TD's in the last 5 games, (11 tds vs 2 int in that period).
It would be hard not to start him. The Saints are giving up the 3rd fewest points to QB's which is something to think about because the last 5 games for Seattle have been against mid-tier to pretty lousy D's. (Ari, Stl, TB, Atl, Min).
On the otherhand, if you need a high upside then Nick Foles is hard to pass up. He's had 10 tds over the last 3 games, 0 INTs but was shut out against Was in Week 11 with 0 TD's.
I'd probably take Wilson at home unless you're in a matchup where you need some upside to win. Wilson has never put up more than 24.5 pts in std scoring.
