Your facts are so off base it's a absurd. So much more goes into bowl selection. Some bowls prefer east teams vs west teams, where they played last year factors in, so basically your entire post is completely off base

"My" facts are based on the contractual agreements the SEC has with the various bowls.

Order of finish has nothing to do with what team goes where. The bowls pick in descending order, but they are not under any obligation to pick the team in that slot.

The Cotton could choose Vandy if they wanted, see them choosing A&M over us last year even though we had the same record and beat them head to head.

This. LSU was screwed last year.
