What is your lug measurement? It needs to be 18, 20, or 22mm to find replacement bands easily. NATO bands work well with larger faced watches, but I could see pulling of a 36mm case with one.

The upshot is that you can buy a few to see what you like. I'd get a James Bond one and a couple of solid colors.
You could always buy a replacement dial and have a jeweler install it. Stow away the jubillee and the champagne face and really spice up your watch. Plenty of these watches have bit the dust and you can find almost any dial you want. Just a random suggestion.
Then you could rock a ton of strap options.
I think this looks sharp.

If he uses an aftermarket replacement dial, Rolex will never service that watch again.
