Like LNCHBOX said, that hasn't happened much with Ingram lately, though. It did in the first few games, but I don't remember it happening more than once or twice since his return. They've been terrible in short yardage this year, but it's not just Ingram. I feel like the Saints have almost abandoned running on 3rd and short all together recently.
