Yeah, there are definitely false rape allegations but how many where the victim claims someone witnessed the rape?

just saying for all we know she consented and then later said it was rape. This is where the legal system has to pick it up and decide what happens next.

Lets wait for a discovery process and the court case to proceed.

my question is, does Winston have texts, calls, or evidence to exonerate him?

If he did it he needs to turn himself in now, if not then get his lawyer a press release and fight the accusations.

Winston should have spoke up by now...

His attorney said earlier (before DNA was proven) that Jameis had two witness affidavits that had his side (these are roommates/friends though....)

Its just a a damn shame. For both of them. Her for this experience....and him because he threw away his football career (if he did it)

Since she literally went right to the cops after the act, I honestly think it may have been rape. She didn't wake up the next morning and go, "Oh shite."

The police report says it was filed at like 4 AM I believe. Must have been a long night

For what reason? This is the kind of shite that happens when teenagers have sex and their parents find out. Not when a college girl regrets having sex with some guy from a bar.
