Oyster knife gift recommendations, please.

There was a thread on here a long time ago and I forgot to bookmark it. Can anyone recommend a good oyster knife for a gift please.

Either that or the New Haven style Dexter Russell. The New haven knives have a 45° angle on the 1/4 inch of the knife, to help you pry, while twisting. And it cuts the oyster from the shell perfectly.

I thInk that thread had mention of the knifes in Garden and Gun. I am flipping through one now and there is an ad for williamsknife.com

Dexter Russell makes very functional, though not pretty, oyster knives. Williams knives are unbelievably gorgeous, but $300-500 for an oyster knife is a bit much. You are going to scratch it up.
