So if you buy an item online, pay for shipping, and resell it, you don't consider the shipping cost as part of your TOTAL cost?

Not really the same IMO. I'd rather not be a dick to a fellow tiger fan and just make back the money for face value. When I sell/give away tickets my main objective is for the tickets to be put to use and getting back most or all of face value is secondary.

If I buy a Taylormade driver for 400.00 online and after shipping pay 440.00. And want to resell..with the TE logic I will sell it for 1000.00.

A&M fans make big Texas money. These prices are not a problem. I travel to almost every away game and every SEC we have been to are shocked at the nunmber of fans and the money we piss away.
