re: Who would be your pick for our new O-Line coach?

I've heard of a guy that "played" o-line in college, coached linemen at Michigan and the University of Colorado. Later, he became a Offensive Coordinator and Head Coach @ Oklahoma State. Also, he spent time in the NFL coaching tight ends. Wait a minute, that's our current Head Coach. You know him, the same man who can't produce top round NFL talent considering his whole coaching history is based on his "offensive" mind.
