I alluded to this in an earlier post about replacing Coach Stud and possibly/probably, Chavis. Since this OP is about OL, I will stick to Stud.
LSU OL draft picks in top five rounds since Stud's tenure:
Andrew Whitworth OT 2006 R2 (Saban recruit/player inherited by Stud)
Herman Johnson OT 2009 R5
Joe Barksdale OT 2011 R3
Alabama OL draft picks in top three rounds just since 2009:
2009 Andre Smith OT R1
2009 Antoine Caldwell C R3
2010 Mike Johnson OG R3
2011 James Carpenter OT R1
2013 Chance Warmack OG R1
2013 DJ Fluker OT R1
Stud is solely responsible for a third and fifth round picks in seven years. Impressive. As mentioned many times in this thread, OL does well against inferior opponents (most of time) and when LSU has the lead. Gets very confused and folds when pressured by a good D or different scheme.
If Miles is as good as many of you think he is, he will realize this and search for a quality replacement like he did with Cam.

Kyle Williams was only a 5th round pick in 2006, but wound up being one of the highest paid O Linemen in the NFL. We haven't had a lot of 1st rounders over the years, but we have had put some good O-Line players in the pro's. More would help!

It not be unfair to point out that Will Arnold, Ciron Black, and Chris Faulk would have in all likelihood been drafted except for injury.
Do you know if Bama has had any OL that injury kept them from the draft?
The comparison might look different if these are accounted for.
