Have faith trooper, or why even watch the game? Oh yeah, looking for material to bytch about.
You obviously don't know me or my post history. I am a charter member of the Posi-Tiger Club and a Miles fan from the beginning. Losing to Ole Miss with everything to play for in November and with them missing all of those starters really soured me on the chances of this team in the Alabama and Texas A&M games. I am still a fan and will still watch and even if we go 8-4, I won't be that upset. It happens.
But, in talking about what kind of chance we have against Alabama, I am looking for reasons to hope and I cannot find any. I just can't.
If we lose, life will go on, no one should be fired, and we will live to fight another day. It is just a game. But, I cannot objectively see how we will win. Vegas seems to agree as does the rest of the nation. That doesn't make me negative. It just makes me realistic.
Of course, I very much hope that I am wrong.
