Please list where I said 20%. I worked retail for 6 years and as my boy CJ can vouch, 30-50% is standard. If you really think keystone markup is standard, you've got to be kidding yourself. Volume is what retailers work off of, not markup. Why do u think 10% is the biggest discount given. Because 10% off of 30% ends up being a 17% markup which is next to mothing.

And if you want a # that is 20%, that's liquor. Where as wine is 30-50% max depending on the discount for quantity purchased by the retailer, liquor is usually 20-30% max in retail.
