I loved going down the street to get the TP from my grandma on Mondays during the 90's to check out the Saints coverage and Finney's side article.
We lived in BR, but my grandma always kept her TP subscription being from NOLA.
It honestly was a highlight of my day. Got to visit the grandma and pick up the paper.
Miss those days.

He's a great writer. I don't read the TP much though, unfortunately. I have this book he wrote about 100 years of tiger football. How I learned most of what I know about LSU football (or at least the history)
