Against Furman our DL had all of one sack and one hurry, both by Johnson. Thomas blitzed for two sacks.

Against Georgia, the entire defense had zero sacks and zero hurries. Not one. I had never seen that before.

Yep..It was pathetic. I am not trying to be a negatiger but unless we do something different, we are going to have a tough time getting to mccarron

Yeah, UGA was terrible. Murray never even got his jersey dirty.

However, LSU blitzed well against UF. Obviously, UF has major issues on offense, but we were jumping up and blocking passes, getting in their fast and coming from all over. We need similar play against a much better Bama team.

I saw Tennessee hit McCarron one time during the game and he had to release the ball faster than he wanted to. It was a clean hit and McCarron was furious that he was hit. The Tennessee guy was just walking back by the defense and McCarron grabbed his arm and then started talking smack to him. So I would try to frustrate him and get in his head if possible (not wait, watch and move the chains).
